Operation Captura 2

Operation Captura 2 is the second phase of an investigation into persons who are alleged to have committed serious crime in the UK. SOCA (The Serious Organised Crime Agency) and Crimestoppers have joined forces into appeals for information concerning ten wanted men and women who are believed to be on the run in the Alicante region of Spain.
